I’ve never seen Sorcerer before, but I’ve been a huge fan of the Tangerine Dream score for years. So I was a bit disappointed with this to begin with, my expectations being so high. It felt slow, too simple, with unimaginative characters. However this film is one to stick with, it’s all deliberate, tension building... serious tension!! It’s all about the build. Is it as good as it’s score? No I don’t think it would ever live up to that, but it is bloody good!
