I love a good disaster story and I've always been fascinated by the thought of what lies deep beneath the sea. So Herman Melville's Moby Dick hits the spot. Sad then that this completely ruins it! There's a couple of reasonable performances in minor roles, but at the centre there's Chris Hemsworth trying far too hard and failing miserably. As the story gets darker toward the end it helps... not enough though, it's still crap. Such a shame, a real waste of a classic text.
