The French are very odd aren't they. Odd, dark, complex, quite unnerving. This is a real assault on the emotions, it's very blunt. A whodunit wrapped in sexual tension, danger and cold twisted aggression, all things that my delicate English sensibilities find quite troublesome. It's good, but...
